Ingredients

lard

free range eggs

large, ripe bananas

cups
flour
1
cup
white sugar
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
nutmeg
1
tsp
baking soda
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mash bananas with a fork.
Lightly beat eggs.
Stir eggs, bananas, and lard together.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir until fully mixed.
Pour batter into a bread pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown.
When finished, remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from pan to a cooling rack.
