chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cream together the butter, lard & sugars then add eggs one at a time and beat until fluffy then add vanilla.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and soda and cinnamon and mix until incorporated, then add oats and chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form dough into balls on the sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Dough balls can also be frozen for future baking and then baked, from frozen, for 12 to 14 minutes
