
Ingredients
- 1 1-1.5 lb Salmon Fillet cut into 4 pieces
- 1 to 2 tbsp Lard
- 3-4 tbsp Smokey Citrus Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Rub the salmon filets with lard and sprinkle with Smokey Citrus Seasoning.
- Heat grill to a medium heat and place salmon on the grill. Cover and grill 5 minutes per side, more or less time may be needed depending on how thick your salmon is.
- When salmon flakes with a fork, it's ready to eat. Enjoy!
